GenoQuester2
GenoQuester2 is a compact (approximately A4-sized) rapid genome sequence retrieval system for performing full-text searches.
The solution is used for short sequence searches from genome sequence, particularly the off-target search of non-conding RNA (ncRNA) which have been difficult for conventional search systems with generic computers.
